We were thrilled to be joined by Brandon Keithley this week. Brandon's technical title is executive admin for Charles Herbster and the Conklin Company but he does so much more than that. As we spoke with him he was working on harvesting about 3,000 acres of crops in Nebraska and so we talk about the season of life, knowing when and how to harvest, and also planning ahead for the upcoming seasons in advance. We are joined this week by Jake Dugan. He has been on a wild ride for the past few years. He and his wife had 6 kids in the first four years of their marriage. His wife nearly died giving birth to their youngest child on the day they were supposed to close on their new home, and several months later their daughter was again in the hospital with a very rare case of meningitis and is lucky to be alive. Despite everything they've gone through, they have an incredible joy and positivity about life that is inspiring.
